– Raw Peanuts Sorting Area
Monitor Sorters segregation of quality nuts from:
wrinkled/off size/foreign matter: stones/thread/rubber.
Percentage & quantity of rejected nuts.

– Roasting Area
Monitor Roasting Settings and Roasted Peanut Output:
Temperature/Time/%MC /Appearance/taste/Texture
Verification & Summarize Quality of Roasted Peanuts

– Roasted Peanuts Sorting Area
Monitor Sorters segregation of quality nuts from:
Peanut heart/powder/unblanched/.

– Roasted Peanuts Weighing Area
To check quantity requirement for mixing area.
Quality check of roasted peanuts for process.

– BO Area
Supervise and monitor BO Checker from evaluation of daily BO returns
Summarize monthly BO returns thru BO Returns template.

– OTHERS
FG %MC determination
All Saturdays: she will take charge of Ms. Jeanne’s responsibilities in In-Process.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

– Graduate in BS Food Technology/Chemistry/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
– At least 2 to 5 years working experience in Food Industry preferably in Food Manufacturing.
– Knowledgeable in Quality and Food Safety.
– Knowledgeable in research and development in food manufacturing.
– Must possess a strong leadership, management and decision making skills.
– With good verbal and written communication skills.
– Must be computer literate, Microsoft Office such as MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
– Must be highly analytical, good in planning and organizing.
