  • 500 grams Beef top round
  • 25 grams Bell pepper
  • 25 grams Carrots
  • 25 grams Garlic
  • 50 grams Onion
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 pieces Hotdog
  • 12 pieces Hard boiled eggs
  • 1/3 cup Lily's Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Additional Lily's Peanut Butter for the sauce


Spread the beef and top it with the sliced hotdog and boiled egg. Roll it together. Place the beef inside the pressure cooker together and combine bell pepper, carrots, garlic, onion, soy sauce, and water. Cook for 20 minutes until tender.

When beef is cooked already, put the stocks/sauce in a blender to puree. Pour the puree in a heated pan. Add Lily's Peanut Butter to have a more creamy taste. Slice the beef roulade and pour sauce over.
